Cliona Noonan is an award winning Irish Animation Filmmaker.
In 2019 she graduated from The National Film School of Ireland with a BA in Animation, and in 2025 she completed her masters in Animation Directing at La Poudrière in France.
She works as a director and animator for short films, music videos and TV. Her films have been selected for film festivals internationally including Clermont-Ferrand, Animafest Zagreb and Pictoplasma Berlin.
In 2023 her film Soft Tissue won the IFTA for Best Animated Short.
