Cliona Noonan is an award winning Irish Animation Filmmaker, currently based in France.
In 2019 she graduated  from The National Film School of Ireland with a BA in Animation, and in 2025 she completed her masters in Animation Directing at La Poudrière in France. 
She works as a director and animator for short films, music videos and TV. Her films have been selected for  film festivals internationally including Animafest Zagreb and Pictoplasma. In 2023 her film Soft Tissue won the IFTA for Best Animated Short.
